Implant Supported Dentures, Crowns or Bridges

Implant supported dentures or bridges secure to two or more dental implants and can be made depending on your dental needs. If you are replacing a complete set of teeth, you may be able to choose from either a removable or fixed appliance (fixed or removable bridge). The more teeth that need to be replaced, the more implants you may need.

Dr. Paris prefers to remove any "hopeless" teeth and graft bone at that time to ensure there is sufficient support for stable implants. If a tooth or teeth have already been removed by your dentist, many times the extraction sites have not had bone grafts placed, making it more difficult and more expensive to build sufficient bone for dental implants.

If this is a concern of yours and you are planning to have any "hopeless" teeth removed, Dr. Paris would be available to evaluate your needs prior to any extractions, so as to minimize future extensive bone grafting expenses. When Dr. Paris extracts teeth, he always places a temporary replacement appliance at the time of your surgery so your overall appearance remains as "normal" as possible.
